We Meet Virtually
We'll pull up your venue, walk through your timeline, and sketch out how portraits fit into your day, leaving you with a clear, stress-free plan.
Secure Your Date
Sign a contract and pay a $500 retainer (non-refundable). This holds your date exclusively. Balance due 3 months before your wedding.
Final Planning Call
We finalize your timeline 3-4 months ahead and go over day-of logistics with our planning resources including checklists and vendor tips.
Engagement Session (if added)
60 to 90 minutes in a location you love. Zero pressure, all joy.
Wedding Day
Relax and enjoy. We've planned everything so just be present while we capture every beautiful moment.
